James Higham's blogfocus is back again and he has found as usual some great posts. Of particular note is a post about Jeremy James who is a blogger who is going on a trek to raise some money for Breast Cancer. There are some other more standard posts as well- one I can empathise with in particular which is about the way that Radio 4's Today program functions as I kind of permanent alarm clock.
